Based in Yorkshire, Made Over The Rainbow creates unique and bespoke items which can be personalised if required. All items are laser engraved using the finest sourced materials. We make a wide range of engraved items for all occasions, from Weddings to Births and everything in between.

I try and source as many of my materials from local suppliers and use numerous businesses in and around Yorkshire. I like to do this to help support other local businesses. The majority of my products can be customised to suit your needs for style and also adding personalised wording to items.

After having my third child I was not able to go back to my day job as a research scientist, I got itchy feet and decided to put my love of crafting to good use and set up Made Over The Rainbow which has, over the years, evolved into what you see now.

The name 'Made Over The Rainbow' came through inspiration from a beautiful lady very close to my heart, my Nanna. She passed when I was 14 and was a very important part of my life. Just after she died a book was delivered, with a poem published inside that she had written, which she sent off just before she passed away. The poem was called 'Golden Rainbow' and is recited at every major Family event (my eldest boy who was 11 at the time, read this at our wedding!). Using the word rainbow was therefore very important and the 'made' part came from all my items being handmade, and with a little help from a friend, this is how 'Made Over The Rainbow' was born. The rest, as they say, is history!
